Cancellation Policy

Blackfang Firearm Studio LLC – Booking Policy At Blackfang Firearm Studio LLC, we are committed to providing professional and responsible firearm training. Please review our booking policy before reserving your spot for a CHL (Concealed Handgun License) class. Class Cost & Deposit The total cost of the CHL class is $150. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining $100 balance is due before the start of the class. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled class. Your deposit can be applied to a future class if rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time to ensure you receive full instruction. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the deposit will not be refunded. Refund Policy The $50 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Refunds for the remaining balance will only be issued if the class is canceled by Blackfang Firearm Studio LLC. 6.
